The ant, the crown and the snake.
Through her songs, Solann weaves meaningful stories and messages, in the style of the folklores that inspire her theatrical writing.
With Oriental and Caucasian sounds — inspired by her Armenian origins — the artist takes the listener into a wonderful world while politicizing her ideals through contemporary messages that reveal her struggles.
Baroque Art from a contemporary perspective.
Like 17th century Baroque Art, where reality is depicted in an unsettling way through chiaroscuro illuminating a painting, Solann creates their music in the same manner.
This is why the artistic direction of this album draws inspiration from this movement; from architectural elements to painted and sculpted works, the artist's universe intertwines with Art History.
